At a time when there was much uncertainty in the world, we made a big decision to purchase in May 2021, as our lifelong dream is to snowbird in Maui. Until that time comes, we would love to share our home with others.
Located at Grand Champions Villas, we have two beautiful, well-kept condos, with a front row view of fairway #2 on the famous Wailea Blue golf course, along with a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. This is the perfect place to enjoy the famous Maui Sunsets while dining on your own private lanai.
Both units feature an updated primary bedroom with a king bed, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable sofa bed in living room. Our three bedroom has two additional rooms, one with two twin beds (can be made into a king by request) and the other room features a queen murphy bed (raise the bed and setup the table if you need somewhere quiet to work or take a Zoom call).
Well-stocked kitchens for cooking your favorite meals while away from home. Dining room tables and lanai/patio seating is offered. All the comforts needed to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Air conditioning units in main living area and bedrooms. Free wifi, cable, and parking. Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & beach towels are also provided for your enjoyment. 2 outdoor pools/jacuzzis, lounge chairs & BBQs are available for guest use.
Multiple beaches are a close-by drive (3 min) or within walking distance. We love to walk the paved Wailea ocean path that stretches for miles. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. Kihei is less than a 10 min drive as well, with additional shopping/dining without being in the center of the noise.
We love the quiet Wailea area and the beautiful surroundings that make Grand Champions the perfect vacation destination. We know you’ll love it too.

We offer a quiet 1-bedroom stay, with two beautiful shared swimming pools (one for adults and designated as 'quiet'), or a 3-bedroom that can sleep up to 8, if you are traveling with the whole family. If visiting with your family, you can visit the louder playtime pool, take the included beach chairs and boogie boards down to the ocean, or just relax on the lanai.

Avoid the hotel crowds and high prices - stay in your own place and have the flexibility to eat out, stay in, or enjoy an amazing sunset from your own peaceful lanai (Hawaiian balcony).
